Business intelligence for your team in the Gulf

We work remotely with businesses in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the GCC. We begin with your reporting questions and existing data, then agree on KPIs, deliverables and review sessions that suit your team. No local office is implied.

WHAT WE BUILD

Every number has a role.
Every dashboard, a purpose.

We start with your business questions, then build the reporting that answers them. Solutions for what you need today, with room for what comes next.

Define your goals, users, data sources and existing reports.

OUTPUT: A defined scope
02

Prepare the foundation

Review data quality, build the model and agree on each KPI definition.

03

Build and review

Develop a working version and review the figures and experience with you.

04

Hand over clearly

Deliver the files, usage guidance and refresh instructions within the agreed scope.

OUTPUT: Files and a usage guide

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Good questions.

The details that help you choose your next step.

Can we start with Excel files?

Yes. Excel files can be the starting point. We review their structure and quality, then define how to organize and refresh them before building reports.

Do I need a Power BI license?

That depends on how you share the report, the number of users and your existing environment. Licensing options are reviewed within the project scope. Microsoft licenses are not automatically included.

Are these examples client projects?

No. These are synthetic examples to demonstrate presentation and interaction. They do not represent completed projects or a connection to real data sources.

How are price and timing determined?

After reviewing your goals, data sources and quality, KPIs, sharing and refresh requirements. Scope and deliverables are agreed before implementation starts.

Should I send company data at the first step?

A description of the problem and data sources is enough. Do not send confidential files at this stage. Data sharing and access requirements are agreed as part of the project.

THE NEXT STEP

Start with a question.
We will organize the rest.

Which report do you keep repeating? Which decision is hard to make? Prepare a short brief to clarify what you need.
